In order to try to assist you with those little problems that maybe don't need a full call-out fee, or where the distance is simply too great to for us to travel, we now operate a WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger video call service. A video call allows us accurately identify the issue and evaluate the equipment you are using.
To make an appointment, simply click the 'pay now' button at the bottom of the page and then contact us to arrange a convenient time - usually within 24 hours.
Calls cost 30 euros and last up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Any issue which cannot be resolved within that time probably requires an 'in person' visit. Should this be the case and you require us to come to you, 50% of the cost of the video call service will be deducted from the final bill. Please be aware that we can only make 'in person' visits within a 90 minute radius of the 79240 postcode.
Calls could include issues such as:
The classic 'no signal' message on your TV.
You've lost some, but not all, of your TV & radio channels.
Maybe you've installed your own satellite dish but can't get a good reception.
Intermittent satellite signal.
Suitability of equipment or what equipment may be required.
Perhaps you simply can't work out where all the cables are supposed to go.
