The French House offers the following installation services:Subscription Packages
Contrary to what you may believe, your existing or new satellite subscription packages will work the same in France, although a larger dish will usually be required.English Free to Air & View
Almost any digital receiver will suffice with no need for a subscription. On this basis you can receive:
• BBC1
• BBC2
• BBC3
• BBC4
• BBC News 24
• BBC Parliament
• CBBC
• cBeebies
• ITV Channels
• Film 4 (& +1)
As well as Other English TV channels and numerous UK radio channels.
Free French TV
Roof top aerial : Free French TV can be obtained through a rooftop aerial. However, a British PAL only television will not be able to receive these channels. The television must be SECAM compatible.Analogue satellite with dish
The main terrestrial channels are also available via analogue satellite. Given that there are many parts of France where reception through a rooftop aerial is poor, analogue satellite is a good way of ensuring a quality reception for a reasonably low outlay. The television must be SECAM compatible for colour reception. (It is possible to receive these channels with a PAL only television, however, only in black and white).Other Channels and Services

All our installations are carried out personally and waiting times for installations are kept to a minimum where possible. Under normal circumstances, we can usually install within 7 days of your request. The majority of our equipment is French and is supplied by one of the largest makers of satellite TV equipment in France.A standard 'full installation' consists of the following equipment:
• A 65cm professional quality satellite dish aligned to the satellite of your choice (usually Astra2 for UK TV!).
• A right angled wall bracket and all required fixings
• High-quality 17 VATc cable (as much as is required)
• A digital satellite receiver.
All equipment, with the exception of certain satellite receivers, carries a guarantee of 2 years from the date of installation.
When ordering an installation, we would be grateful if you could ascertain if you have wall with a clear aspect to the South/South East as this is where the dish will normally be mounted.
We also offer to install your own pre-purchased equipment, but naturally, offer no equipment guarantees under such circumstances.
